Can you believe here we are - Dec 16, 2025. The Astro Yoga Journey has been profound. October and November became deep dives into the Somatics of Sound.

I became immersed in the practice and teaching of the Mantra of You. It provided a touchstone to classical Yoga and Mantra , the science of sound, vocal dynamics and the Nervous System and Song Connection. While October was about rooting into mantras.

November was about learning to attune and pitch the sound!!! What a freeing method to vocal play and singing with your unique expression.

Creating the soundtrack for Astro Yoga was an accomplishment of the year. What began with mantra and notes has became a somatic sound experience! I am looking forward to Swimming in the full process for 2026!! Recorded Astro Yoga Songs and Mantras to come for 2026!!

After the November Scorpio experience. The Sun has dominated our skies before the 12/12 shift and the week after. Jyestha Nakshastra is potent for strength with clarity, and centered strength. We explored this with A series of Standing postures from Low Lunge , Warrior 1, Triangle, Revolved Angle. Jupiter in Cancer drove our opening with heart openers and Hip work. the Ability to explore the same or similar sequence over the month has provided a nice insight and understanding of planet movement on another level.


There are opportunities to study and prqactice with me. I will be beginning the New Year Diving deeper into the Dharma of Voice in Guatemala.
